 If you are not completely Rosie with your online purchase, simply return the item(s) to us In the original condition and packaging* within 28 days of receiving the goods back to the address at the bottom of the page. 

*both the packaging and the goods themselves must remain intact, unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept items where tickets or tags have been removed. 

Certain goods are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. They include:

  • Sale Items
  • Hair Accessories
  • Swimwear/Goggles
  • Tights/Socks
  • Hats
  • Dressing Up Cosmetics 

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Online refunds will be issued once we have received the items, please note this can take up to 3-5 working days to be processed.

Faulty or Incorrect items within the UK 

If the item you received from your online order is faulty or not what you expected, please get in contact with us at customerservice@rosiecheeks.co and we will issue a refund to you.

Exchanges or replacements 

If you require a different item, please follow the returns procedure and return the item(s) to us. Please then order your replacement via our website separately.
