Returns
If you are not completely Rosie with your full price purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging* within 28 days of receiving the goods for an exchange.(excluding Sale items).
*both the packaging and the goods themselves must remain intact, unworn and unwashed. We cannot exchange items where tickets or tags have been removed.
Certain goods are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. They include:
- Sale Items
- Hair Accessories
- Swimwear/Goggles
- Tights/Socks
- Hats
- Dressing Up Cosmetics
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect items within the UK
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please get in contact us at customerservice@rosiecheeks.co and we will do out upmost to solve the issue for you.
Exchanges or replacements
If you require a different item, please follow the returns procedure and return the item(s) to us. Please then order your replacement via our website separately.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
